7. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
LakhaSwad follows the Return & Refund Policy published on our website.
Because LakhaSwad products are food items, returns are subject to the conditions stated in that policy. Eligible cases may include products that arrive damaged, defective, tampered with, or different from the product ordered.
If you receive an eligible damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within the applicable return/replacement period and provide the requested order details and photographs.
Do not send a product back without first contacting LakhaSwad and receiving instructions.
